Your expert Stand-Up Paddle instructor will assist you in learning the basics in the calm waters of the Ka’elepulu stream. Teaching you basic paddling strokes, and the secrets to turning and balance. Once you have the basics down your instructor will guide you along Kailua’s pristine beaches, or even over to Flat Island during your free time on your Stand-Up Paddle.

Paddle Surfing is one of the most popular activities on Oahu, is great fun, and a very good source of exercise; building balance and strengthening your core. Also, due to stand-up paddle boarding’s high vantage point, wildlife encounters are very common so keep your eyes peeled for sea turtles, and colorful fish swimming around the coral reefs.
