Our day couldn't have been more perfect! The Polynesian Cultural Center and Pearl Harbor tour was wonderful. Jeff gave us a lot of information about the culture of the towns we went through and visited. He was a wonderful personality and makes for a great tour guide! Thanks so much!

My boyfriend and I have been to Hawaii several times, and it wasn't until this last trip that we decided to take a guided tour of Pearl Harbor where we were pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was on us! We didn't have to think about transportation or what time we needed to be there, we saw much more and definitely learned more than we would have on our own, and we weren't feeling anxious as if we were missing anything. We loved our tour guide too (I think his name was Pappy). He was very helpful in letting us know when the best times were to see each of the attractions and avoid the crowds (my boyfriend can get a little impatient). Next time were in Hawaii, we'll make sure to look to Discover Hawaii Tours again. :)

My family and I recently took a vacation to Hawaii and went on the Big Island Volcano tour, based on a recommendation from a friend and it was the highlight of our trip! We were all very impressed with the volcano. Everyone was excited to see lava and gas shoot up in the air along the coastline, the kids loved the lava tube, and the Jagger museum was very interesting (we liked the richter scales especially). Our guide was very informative and friendly throughout the entire day and made it even more enjoyable with his humor. Hilo was beautiful, Rainbow Falls was even more so. I'm a bit of a photography enthusiast too so I was really pleased with all the great shots I was able to capture throughout this day. Thanks again Discover!

Thanks for your phone call notifying me of the change in our itinerary, but thanks mostly for offering a FIRST CLASS tour of Oahu and Pearl Harbor. Our tour guide on February 19th was Kenn and we were *totally* impressed with him. He was a good driver, very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and personable. He was funny without being off-color (which we really appreciated), informative without being boring. Our day with him was one of the highlights of our visit to Hawaii. I think that man needs a raise!)

I have meant to email you before now but have had a hectic time since I returned from beautiful Hawaii. I am emailing you because I wanted to let you know that the tour we did with your company was one of the highlights of our stay. From start to finish it was fantastically well organized, thoroughly enjoyable and informative. Our guide John, (I'm not even going to try to attempt the other name he gave us!) was brilliant. He was approachable, interesting, funny and really made the difference to the day. The previous week while we were in San Francisco we did a half day tour to Muir Woods with a company and it was one of the worst tours I have ever been on. The guy put on a tape half way through because he couldn't remember the rest of his spiel. With John we had none of that, he obviously knew what he was talking about and was able to answer any questions we had knowledgeably. I have recommended your company to all of my friends and family and will continue to spread the word where I can. I hope you've got a page on Trip Advisor!
