(ii) by third parties as a result of

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Discover Hawaii Tours, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered and you agree to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of Discover Hawaii Tours website and facilities.

GENERAL
A personal item, such as a purse, that will be placed on a lap may be brought on tours, except tours to Pearl Harbor (see Arizona Memorial bag policy). Carry-on luggage is not permitted. Guests who bring carry-on luggage may be refused boarding or may be charged for an additional seat when possible. Belongings may not be stored on vehicles while guests are not present.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in County of Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website site. Use of this website site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Discover Hawaii Tours, Inc. as a result of this agreement or use of this website.

You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you shall be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent.
