If getting face to face with nature’s most feared predators doesn’t make your
pulse race, nothing will. At Hawaii Shark Encounters, you can safely get close
to real sharks in their own environment, the ocean. Nothing is more exciting.
After a 15-minute boat ride out of lovely Haleiwa harbor, you’ll reach the
"shark grounds," where the sharks will show up as soon as they hear the engine
of the boat. Sometimes there are up to 30 of them.
