My Mom and I planned this trip to Hawaii for over a year and we really wanted to experience some of the natural beauty, not just the cement of Waikiki. We decided on this hiking tour because it seemed easy (my mom's not a big walker) and got us into the rain forest. We were not disappointed. The hike was awesome and our guide knew so much about not only the forest but Hawaii legend and history and how the natives used to gather herbs and food from the rain forest. We had fresh Guava picked right from the tree and we even saw big Chameleon and at the end of the trail was a beautiful waterfall. We saw everything we wanted and it showed us why we came to Hawaii. We were so impressed with the guide and the company that we booked a Pearl Harbor tour for the next day.

This was a such a great tour! My boyfriend and I are big on hiking and we had always talked about wanting to hike through a tropical rainforest, so we definitely had that desire fulfilled on this tour between the waterfall at the end of the trail and all the local plants and animals and that we clearly would only see in Hawaii. Our guide Aaron was really helpful in pointing things out to us on this tour that we would have completely missed on our own. We're going to do another hiking tour with you guys when we come back to Hawaii next year! :D
