Begin by listening to your guide as he or she offers a moving narration of the events that led to the Pearl Harbor attacks. Next view real life, chilling and dramatic footage of the actual Pearl Harbour attacks that took place on December 7th, 1941. Afterwards, board a Navy shuttle boat which will bring you out to the USS Arizona Memorial. The Memorial sits atop the massive battleship Arizona that was struck down during the war. Peer over the side of the memorial to see the "Black Tears of the Arizona," which still seep into the waters of the Harbor commemorating those killed aboard the vessel. Next, view the Pacific Fleet Headquarters and the Arizona Memorial WWII museum where real war artifacts are put on display.
Depart Pearl Harbor to travel to the North Shore to see the famous North Shore beaches such as Pipeline and Sunset. Stop by the Dole Pineapple Plantation where the succulent fresh island pineapple will make your taste buds dance with delight. Seek out the filming locations for Jurassic Park, Lost and Pearl Harbor. Prepare your cameras before you see the scenic Laie Point, the breathtaking Pali Lookout and Chinaman's Hat Island.
After the North Shore, you will travel to the East side of Oahu. At this point in your journey, we will stop at Honey’s Restaurant for a delicious no-host lunch. Then it’s off to the South Shore of the island. Here, see spots such as Sandy, Makapuu and Waimanalo Beaches, Hanauma Bay, and the famous Diamond Head Crater.
