Our guide Pappy was so smart, I couldn't believe he remembers all that information! I thought he was hiding notes under the dashboard!

It was our first time on the island. We enjoyed it very much. Kenn was a really great guide. We would love to go back to some of the sites that we saw today, like Diamond Head.

We just wanted to say that Hana really made our tour special. It was great to see the places we saw, but it was Hana's narrations and input that made the difference. I absolutely recommend this tour!

This was a great way for us to see Oahu with a pretty busy itinerary. We saw so much. The Polynesian Cultural Center was a lot of fun and the emotional effects of visiting Pearl Harbor go without saying. This was a great day for my whole family.

We were so glad we were able to take a tour to Oahu in one day. And this tour had so much to offer. We saw so much in one day and it was all so much fun. We got some great pictures. And we cannot thank Kanoe enough, she was great.

Kauai Visitors Can See Pearl Harbor!, May 25, 2009
Reviewer: Susan B. from Baton Rouge, LA

My husband was certain we wouldnt be able to see Pearl Harbor since we were staying on Kauai, but he was completely wrong after I found this tour!

It was a nice change to see another island, and our Guide Ken was hilarious! He had lots of facts about hawaii and had even more jokes! He truly helped make the day special.

Pearl harbor was amazing, Dole and the PCC were really fun! Go on this tour!

It was awesome to go to another island while we were visiting Kauai. We have heard a lot about the Polynesian Cultural Center from our friends and I must say this place is like a Disneyland in the Hawaiian Islands! There are no roller coasters but it is such a huge place with so many entertaining aspects. Haleiwa town is beautiful and I hope to come back and visit this place again next year!

Kauai tour to Oahu featuring Oahu’s top attractions: Pearl Harbor, Dole Pineapple Plantation and Polynesian Cultural Center

Why visit just one island when you vacation in Hawaii when you can take an easy interisland flight from the Lihue Airport and travel to another? Take the next jet from Lihue, Kauai to the nearby Honolulu Airport on the island of Oahu where you can partake in Oahu’s Pearl Harbor, Dole Pineapple Plantation, and Polynesian Cultural Center Tour! This is a well-rounded tour: perfect for people who want to see and learn about the history, culture and landscape of Oahu.

Sit back, relax and listen to a live historical narration by your expert tour guide of the events that led up to the Pearl Harbor invasion. Watch dramatic footage of the actual WWII attacks in a quaint movie theater. Board a Navy shuttle that will take you out to Oahu’s Arizona Memorial, which rests atop the sunken USS Arizona battleship. Look overboard and see the “Black Tears of the Arizona,” commemorating the 1,177 men who were lost on the day of the attack.

You will stop by Oahu’s Dole Pineapple Pavilion where you can treat yourself to some of the island’s freshest, juiciest pineapple. Check out the famous North Shore beaches that host numerous surf competitions. Be sure to have your camera handy, as you will be shown Oahu’s magnificent Rabbit Island, Chinaman’s Hat Island, La’ie Point, and the breathtaking Pali Lookout. Discover the locations where the Hollywood movies Jurassic Park and Pearl Harbor were filmed as well as the location of the hit television show LOST.

Then take a Polynesian Cultural Center tour and see what everyone is talking about! At the Polynesian Cultural Center in Oahu, you can participate in many of the various activities that are offered. Take a double-hulled canoe ride with a tour guide through each of the 7 villages located at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Interact and learn about the people of Hawaii, Samoa, Aotearoa, Fiji, Tahiti, the Marquesas and Tonga. If you are hungry, be sure to grab a bite to eat at an all-you-can-eat BBQ Lunch Buffet!
