Day One
The Arrival Experience

Upon arrival to beautiful Hawaii, our fitness concierge and staff will be waiting for your guests with leis at the airport to transfer you to the Sheraton Waikiki.

Lei Greeting – This traditional Hawaiian greeting includes:

• Fresh flower lei greeting upon arrival at the Honolulu Airport
• Roundtrip transfers from airport to hotel
• Roundtrip luggage transfers

Once your guests arrive at the beautiful Sheraton Waikiki, their luggage will be identified and Starwood’s friendly staff will transfer the luggage to their room. Our fitness concierge will be on site to assist guests to our fitness ballroom where they will check-in, be given a Welcome Packet, and Program Itinerary to help them during their stay. A delicious lunch buffet will also be available to satisfy your taste buds.

After they settle in and have had the opportunity to balance their afternoon by relaxing and unwinding the fun begins! Gilad and his team will welcome guests at a welcome reception with an amazing healthy gourmet-style banquet. Gilad will give a nutritional seminar that will be enlightening as he speaks about the importance of eating correctly and how to incorporate it into their daily lives.
