   If you’re staying at the Pacific Monarch, your pickup location is at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. Mahalo!

   We are staying at the Hawaiian Princess at Makaha Beach. We are considering booking some tours. Dependent on the proposed start time for the individual tours, how early must we be at the Ala Moana Hotel for the tour pickup? Also is there any time limit for parking at the Ala Moana Center?    Aloha Marisa, if you’re staying at Disney’s Aulani Resort, your pickup location is at the side entrance of the Ala Moana Hotel on Mahukona St. There is ample parking at the Ala Moana Shopping Center for your rental car and it’s located just across the street.    Aloha James! The Ala Moana Hotel is our first pickup location and pickup at this location is usually 40 minutes before the listed departure time on the tour page. For example, Tour 11A the Pearl Harbor / Dole Plantation / Polynesian Cultural Center departure time is at 6:30 am, and pickup time at the Ala Moana Hotel is at 5:50 am. There are no parking limitations during the day at Ala Moana Center, but parking becomes regulated after 10:00 pm. Many of our Oahu tours finish by 7, and inter-island tours by 9:30.     Aloha Matt, your hotel pickup location would be at Ala Moana Hotel. There is free parking adjacent to the hotel at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The exact pickup time varies by tour, and is provided on your tour voucher once we’ve confirmed your reservation. Hope that helps!

    We will be arriving on the Golden Princess in April. Do you pick up at the Pier? We would like to do the WWII Battleship tour, leaving around 8:40a.m. Will book on line but want to make sure of the pick up point for cruise passengers. Thanks.

    Aloha Kristen,

    Yes we pick up at the piers for cruise ships. It looks like the Golden Princess will be on Oahu on April 2nd and 16th docked at Pier 11. There will be instructions on how to get from the ship to the pickup point at the pier in your confirmation letter. Make sure to mark your hotel as “Undecided” and put that you’re staying on the Golden Princess in the “Notes” box in the first section of the checkout page where you enter you name and arrival information.

    We are staying at Aston executive centre hotel, please advise the pick up place and time. We don’t drive and have a baby please let us know how to get to the pick up area. Thank you!

    The pickup location for the Aston Executive Centre Hotel which is located in Honolulu is the Ala Moana Hotel. The Ala Moana Hotel is located on Atkinson Dr. near the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The meeting location for our tours is located on Mahukona St. which is the street which runs along the hotel adjacent to Atkinson.

    The pickup location for the Ohana Honolulu Airport Hotel is at the Ala Moana Hotel, with parking at Ala Moana Shopping Center. Your pickup time will be listed in your confirmation letter after booking your tour.

    We’re excited to have you join us on this wonderful tour as well! The pickup location for the Castle Hokele Suites is the Courtyard Marriott which is less than 1 block from where you’re staying. The pickup time at that location for your tour is 6:25am, and when you’re ready to book please call our reservations department at 808 737 3700 and our friendly agents will be more than willing to answer any questions about the tour you may have.

As we are staying for 7 nights we were thinking of doing the 3day Oahu Sightseeing Experience – does this have to be done on consecutive days or can it be spread over the week. Thanks.

    We are planning to visit Hawaii, Oahu & Maui, in July. We will be booking few tours through you. Just wanted to know if it is possible to get around in both these islands without a car as we can’t drive.

    Aloha Vid,

    It is possible to get around Oahu without a rental car. The island has an award winning bus program, and there are many trolleys in and out of Waikiki. Also, our tours and many of our activities include Waikiki hotel transportation so you won’t need a car to do those.

    Maui is a different story, we don’t know much about the bus system there however many tours and activities include transportation from your hotel, including our Road to Hana tour. Maui is much less developed than Oahu, so you may want to look into getting a shuttle to your hotel from the Airport.

    The pickup location for Hokele Suites is the Courtyard by Marriott, which is just around the corner from your hotel and is located on Kuhio Avenue and is about a 3 minute walk. Your exact pickup time will be printed on your confirmation letter.
